Donna has been with the Gaffney Ledger for 7 year and Carrie 3 years.
Donna & Carrie are the first people to greet you when entering the office.
As you see here, they always have a smile.

When people think of a Receptionist, they think of someone who answers the telephone. Often Receptionists are short changed.
A Receptionist :
Is expected to be friendly at all times.
Is the first to greet the public.
Is the first person to answer the publics questions and direct them to the right source.
Is expected to keep up with other peoples messages.
Is expected to answer to more than just one person.
Is the one that everyone relies on for the news of what is going on in the office.
